COSLA Pay Ballot – Count me in It’s time to vote
It is extremely important that all union members within Local Government return their ballot by Thursday this week. You will have received an email with a link to cast your ballot in the COLSA Local Government Pay negotiations. GMB Scotland is a member led union and need our members to support our negotiations around pay and this is your opportunity to have your say on your pay. I am aware that some members may have already cast their ballot so thank you for your support. Let’s be clear in our message to the Scottish Government that all Local Government employees deserve a pay rise that values their contribution throughout the pandemic. Please remember to cast your ballot today.

- This is your chance to say you are worth more money and deserve more money so please ensure you vote.
- Talk to everyone you work with! This is their pay offer too and it’s important we all stick together and send a message to every council leader that local government workers are Covid heroes and deserve a fair pay rise.
